This page provides important information that explains what to prepare before departing and what will happen when you arrive at your destination. Please make sure you have a saved copy of this page on your phone, or a printed copy to refer to.
Travel Checklist
One week before departing you should go over the following checklist to make sure you have everything you need before heading to the airport:
- Valid passport for 6 months after your return
- Local address in Vietnam written down on a piece of paper and in your phone. Your accommodation address can be found here.
- A printed copy of your flight itinerary including proof of exit.
- Valid visa if you are NOT a visa-exempt passport holder.
- Travel Insurance
- Local emergency phone numbers (see below) added to your cell phone and written down on a piece of paper in case your battery dies.

Arriving at the airport
As you step down from an international flight, you will be passing through Immigration & Visa Counter. This is where you will get your passport and e-visa checked and/or obtain your visa on arrival if you are from an visa exempted country. Kindly remember to state tourism as the purpose of your visit when asked by the immigration officers.
Once you have cleared the Immigration desk you can move on to the baggage reclaim area where you wait until your bag arrives, then make your way to the exit.
Meeting our staff
You will be collected at the airport arrivals hall. Our driver will hold a sign with your name on it. You will then be taken directly to your accommodation.
In the extremely rare event that the driver coming to meet you is late and you do not see anyone holding a sign with your name at the airport or if you experience any flight delays, please call the local staff through WhatsApp:
