That's why we offer chaperoned flights for selected High School Programs — designed to give parents and teens total peace of mind.

Our experienced chaperones will accompany and supervise your young explorer every step of the way, ensuring a safe and enjoyable journey to and from their destination.

How do your chaperoned flights operate?

We’ll meet you at the airport, then fly with your child to their destination (and on the return flight home) helping them to navigate check-in, security, customs, transfers, and immigration.

We're working hard to finalise all the details, but here's a sneak peek at how the process will work once these highly anticipated flights are released:

Hassle-free booking: We’ll secure seats on flights in advance, taking the stress out of finding suitable travel options.
Clear information upfront: When we announce the flights in August, you’ll get all the essential details, including the route, airline, and cost.
Limited spaces for a personalised experience: To ensure a well-supported journey, there will be a maximum of 10 to 15 participants per flight. These spots will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, so joining our waiting list is the best way to secure your teen’s place (and avoid disappointment).

We have two flights available during summer 2026, flying from Florida and New York.

BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS SEPARATELY

Departure: Saturday 28 June 2026 | Arrival: Saturday 11 July 2026 - ONLY FIVE SPACES REMAINING

Miami (MIA) to Lima (LIM) then on to:

Cusco (CUZ) for Volunteer Childcare for Teens in Peru or Medical Internship in Peru for Teenagers
Puerto Maldonado (PEM) for Rainforest Conservation in Peru for Teenagers

Payment: $295 project deposit + $250 support fee + book your own flights (we will send you flight details once you've booked and your support fee is paid)

Eligibility

There are limited places still available on each flight
Places will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis
Anyone connecting through Miami or New York must make their own way there independently
Participants will be charged a non-refundable (unless cancelled by us) support fee on top of their project cost of $250

Next steps

The process is simple, but you should book as soon as possible to secure your place on your Chaperoned Flight of choice.

Here’s what you need to do:

Book an eligible High School Special from the list above, paying your deposit of $295
Tell us when you apply that you want to add your flight
Then confirm your place on your flight by paying a further $250 support fee + $250 deposit for your flight (flight deposit for JFK only)
The full balance can then be paid in instalments, the full amount must be paid four months before you travel (read: the benefits of booking early)
